Myron L. Stackhouse August 5, 1933 - June 20, 2024 Myron L. Stackhouse, 90, of Cambridge died on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Martin Health Center, Bloomington, IL. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at the Cambridge Baptist Church, Cambridge. Rev. John Knueppel will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery, Cambridge. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Monday at the Stackhouse-Moore Funeral & Cremation Services, Cambridge. Memorials may be made to the Cambridge Academic Foundation or Cambridge Baptist Church. Myron Lee Stackhouse was born on August 5, 1933, in rural Cambridge, the son of Myron L. and Katie (McConnell) Stackhouse, Sr. Myron graduated from Cambridge High School in 1951. In 1947, Myron contracted Polio and he lived with the effects of the disease for the rest of his life, but never let it hold him back. On April 18, 1954, he married Eleanor Streitmatter, in Wyoming, IL. She survives. Myron farmed for 35 years
